At Komalika Farmer Producer Company Limited, we strive to provide premium-quality millet-based products, including puffs, cookies, and roasted millets.
Each order is packed with care to ensure freshness and quality. However, if there is an issue with your order, please review our refund and cancellation terms below.


🧾 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • Your order was not delivered due to an issue from our side or our courier partner.

Please raise your concern within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing us at komalikafpc@gmail.com with your order number and product photos/videos as proof.


πŸ•’ Refund Timeline

Once your request is verified and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • The amount will be credited to your original mode of payment (bank account, UPI, debit/credit card, etc.).

  • Refunds for online payments made through Razorpay will be handled securely through Razorpay’s payment gateway.


🚫 Non-Refundable Items

As our products are food items, refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • The product has been opened or consumed.

  • Taste preferences or change of mind.

  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.


❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order.

  • Once processed or dispatched, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
